Who is BNI? | BNI is a private marketing company specializing in word-of-mouth referral marketing. Members represent the major businesses, trades and professions in the community. Started by Dr. Ivan Misner in California and approaching its 20th anniversary, BNI is the world's largest business referral organization. Presently, there are over 3,050 BNI chapters operating in 16 countries and over 60,000 members worldwide.

Last year, BNI members worldwide passed 2.8 million referrals generating over 1.2 billion (U.S.Dollars) in business for its members. Weekly chapter meetings follow a structured and organized agenda that has evolved since 1985. A Leadership Team, trained by the BNI directors, leads each chapter.
